With TIME’s modern testing equipment<br />
and experienced staff of test engineers,<br />
we perform industry leading stability tests<br />
providing you with thoroughly and carefully<br />
tested lift vehicles.<br />
TIME’s testing facilities are state of the art,<br />
multi-functional and versatile. Our hydraulic<br />
test platform allows us to test all lift- and<br />
vehicle combinations on a slope up to 10°<br />
longitude and latitude.<br />
Each and every lift vehicle leaving TIME<br />
is tested according to a comprehensive<br />
testing procedure and in accordance with<br />
EN-280 and ANSI/SIA A 92.2<br />
All tests are recorded on video and saved.<br />
At the unique testing facilities we can test<br />
all kinds of lift, vehicle, outrigger and option<br />
combinations.<br />
The platform is loaded with 150% of its<br />
capacity and tested in the most demanding<br />
angles of the lift rotation area.<br />
After having been tested at 150% of the<br />
platform capacity, the aerial access platform<br />
is thoroughly examined. All welds,<br />
bearings, rotations, tubes etc. are inspected<br />
for any irregularities.<br />
When the platform has satisfied these test<br />
criteria it is ready to leave the TIME factory<br />
for safe use by our customers.<br />
Certified testing<br />
All <strong>Versalift</strong> aerial access platforms are<br />
thoroughly tested before they are ready<br />
to ship in accordance with:<br />
• EN-280<br />
• ANSI/SIA A 92.2<br />
