TENANT SELECTION<br />
Successful property management starts with selecting the right tenants.<br />
While the rental price is critical to your investments performance, we<br />
consider a high quality tenant on a long lease to be just as important. Our<br />
high standards, experience and thorough approach help us to continually<br />
select the most suitable tenants for your property.<br />
Following a guided inspection of your property, applicants complete<br />
a tenancy application form, inserting details of previous rental history,<br />
employment, 100 points of identification and referees. Unlike some of<br />
our competitors, we do not hand out keys under any circumstances, so<br />
all prospective tenants are accompanied to the property by our staff. All<br />
employment, rental, business and personal references are verified and<br />
confirmed.<br />
Ultimately, as the landlord, the final decision on accepting a tenant to<br />
lease your property is yours. We prepare lease agreements, assist the<br />
tenant in connecting utilities, complete a detailed condition report both<br />
written and video and submit the relevant bond forms to the Residential<br />
Tenancies Bond Authority.<br />
