Card Services<br />
The Card Services Center is located on the second floor of the Carmichael<br />
Student Center (above Chick-fil-A).<br />
The Card Services Center is an important resource center for the <strong>KSU</strong><br />
community, and works closely with the Department of Parking and<br />
Transportation and other administrative departments to make sure<br />
students, faculty, and staff get everything they need to take advantage of<br />
all of the benefits <strong>KSU</strong> offers. Card Services is responsible for:<br />
• Issuing <strong>KSU</strong> Campus Cards (ID Cards)<br />
• Issuing parking permits<br />
• Managing the <strong>KSU</strong> carpool program<br />
• Managing the <strong>KSU</strong> financial aid reimbursement process<br />
• Managing KCash administration<br />
• Administering<br />

• Assisting students with finding the right campus resource(s)<br />
What the Campus Card can do:<br />
• Identifies individual as a valid, current <strong>KSU</strong> student, faculty or<br />
staff member.<br />
• Enables individual to make copies and prints at copiers/printers<br />
on campus.<br />
• Can be used to purchase food/meals, and anything on campus<br />
where KCash is accepted.<br />
• Can serve as a Fifth Third Bank debit card if an individual opens a<br />
Fifth Third Bank account. Fifth Third Bank has a micro branch located<br />
in the Student Center on the second floor. A Fifth Third Bank<br />
account is NOT associated with KCash.<br />
• Allows individuals to ride the B.O.B. Shuttle.<br />
• Provides access to discounts at area restaurants, shops and services.<br />
• Coming soon: Will work as a pay method on many campus<br />
vending machines.<br />
