Card Services
The Card Services Center is located on the second floor of the Carmichael
Student Center (above Chick-fil-A).
The Card Services Center is an important resource center for the KSU
community, and works closely with the Department of Parking and
Transportation and other administrative departments to make sure
students, faculty, and staff get everything they need to take advantage of
all of the benefits KSU offers. Card Services is responsible for:
• Issuing KSU Campus Cards (ID Cards)
• Issuing parking permits
• Managing the KSU carpool program
• Managing the KSU financial aid reimbursement process
• Managing KCash administration
• Administering

• Assisting students with finding the right campus resource(s)
What the Campus Card can do:
• Identifies individual as a valid, current KSU student, faculty or
staff member.
• Enables individual to make copies and prints at copiers/printers
on campus.
• Can be used to purchase food/meals, and anything on campus
where KCash is accepted.
• Can serve as a Fifth Third Bank debit card if an individual opens a
Fifth Third Bank account. Fifth Third Bank has a micro branch located
in the Student Center on the second floor. A Fifth Third Bank
account is NOT associated with KCash.
• Allows individuals to ride the B.O.B. Shuttle.
• Provides access to discounts at area restaurants, shops and services.
• Coming soon: Will work as a pay method on many campus
vending machines.
