Classic Wind was established in 1993 and comprises the five<br />

principal wind players from the Cheltenham Chamber Orchestra.<br />

This highly regarded ensemble returns to the Festival in 2017<br />

to perform a programme entitled ‘Folk Songs and Stories’.<br />

Refreshments available – donations in aid of St Nicholas’ Church.<br />

After a very successful first performance at last year’s<br />

festival, this local band from Gretton returns to play a mix<br />

of cover versions of well-known Country, Pop & Rock tunes.<br />

The band’s approach to music is aimed at simply having fun,<br />

so come along and experience for yourself what the Apple<br />

Mashers are all about.<br />

a fine selection of traditional music from<br />

Winchcombeshire. Our talented local players will<br />

perform songs and instrumental pieces, and relate<br />

some of the stories behind the music, much of<br />

which is based on the Single Gloucester project<br />

funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Refreshments<br />

available – donations in aid of St Nicholas’ Church.<br />
