ASOS
Commercial Agreement Signed between
Ali & Sons Oil Field Services (ASOS) and
Vista Automation
Ali & Sons Oil Field Services Company (ASOS) and Vista Automation (Vista) have signed
a Commercial Agency Agreement under which ASOS will be the Agent for Vista in the
Emirates of Abu Dhabi.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Shamis bin Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, the Managing Director
of Ali & Sons Holding Group and Mr. Ammar Salim Hammad, Managing Director of Vista
Automation.
“I believe that with ASOS & Vista teams working together and promoting Vista Products
and Services both teams will succeed in getting EPC projects in the Oil & Gas, Utilities, and
Infrastructure sectors of the Emirate in Abu Dhabi” said Mr. Dhaheri.
“We are very excited to take this step with ASOS. We expect to be able to achieve our targeted
growth by expanding our reach through this partnership with ASOS to EPC Contracts in Oil &
Gas and other Government entities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We believe that the synergy
between the two companies and the common background of our products and services has a
significant potential for both companies. ” said Mr. Hammad.
With ASOS’ Instrumentation & Control Division aiming to expand and diversify their provided
services to the clients a need for such an agreement has risen. Ali & Sons can now provide fullfledged
solutions moving in the direction and aligning with the strategy of our clients.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Zahi Haju – ASOS Director - Commercial Oil &
Gas, Mr. Hani Hammad – ASOS Head of Instrumentation & Control, Mr. Riaz Ahmed – Vista
Abu Dhabi Area Manager, Mr. Ahmad Salah – Vista CMS Technical Manager, and Mr. Ahmad
Nagem, Vista Sales & Proposals Manager.
Vista Automation is a leading industrial automation solutions provider offering turnkey

ASOS expands its Honeywell Portfolio
With ASOS’ exceptional performance, Honeywell has decided to increase the
products offered within the Commercial Agreement. ASOS will now become
the main distributor to the following Honeywell products:
• PPE ( Personal Protection Equipment)
• Fixed Gas Detectors
• Portable Gas Detectors
• Breathing Apparatus ( SCBA )
• Bio S Cape
A new Commercial Distributor Agreement has been signed by both companies to reflect
the changes.

ASOS and Honeywell will be hosting an event in Abu Dhabi to announce this developed
