01 THE WATER WALL
Water Wall is an interior water feature created to blend with the environment. The technology used to operate the
system enables fully automated control of the cycles and the regulation of the water film to ensure appropriate
evaporation. The water wall increases the rate of evaporation when the moisture in the environmental air drops
below normal. The Water Wall is capable of completely autonomous operation, and in addition, special sensors
enable interfacing with existing domotics systems. Safety of the elements is guaranteed by specially configured
control systems.
02 COMPONENTS
The installation consists of a structural panel fixed to the wall, with an air gap left in between for adequate
ventilation. The surface of the water wall is coated with a material that is treated to ensure its suitability for use
with water and to ensure a smooth surface for the water to run over. The plumbing is connected to the structure
in such a way as to ensure that the picture functions correctly and that a continuous film of water runs over the
surface. The stainless steel technical tank is sized according to specific project requirements and contains all the
hydraulic components needed for the water cycle, including high output pumps and safety sensors.
03 AUTOMATION
The water cycle is automatic, and the replacement of evaporated water can be automatic. The optional kit allows
automatic water inflow and outflow and must therefore be connected to the hydraulic system of the building site.
Water consumption depends on numerous environmental factors (temperature, humidity, dimensions, hours of
operation…), consequently exact evaporation data is possible only once the installation is in place and running.
04 WATER TREATMENT
In order to prevent limescale buildup over time, the water wall must run only on demineralised water. A reverse
osmosis filter for water treatment is supplied, and, depending on the dimensions of the water film area, as well as
on the characteristics of the local water supply, the installation will be fitted with a suitable water treatment plant,
as well as additional quatz sand filter or anti algae dispenser.

05 MAINTENANCE
It is recommended to periodically clean the water wall by removing buildup and limescale, and by cleaning the
filters. The reverse osmosis device requires maintenance as set out in the related technical sheet.

06 PREPARATONS
The installation runs on 220V. The water inflow and outflow systems and the electrical connections (1 x 230V) must
be prepared in compliance with specific instructions supplied by a Blumohito technician.
07 WARRANTY
Blumohito guarantees the workmanship, accuracy and quality of all its products. The warranty excludes wilful
intent and negligence. In particular, the plant must not be permitted to run with water levels below the minimum.
The warranty is limited to conformity defects of the installed work that may appear during the period of validity and
depends on the regular payment of invoices as per the terms and conditions.
