Key policy review<br />
The <strong>Sustainability</strong> Management Committee is responsible<br />
for monitoring and providing advice on our sustainability<br />
approach and strategy.<br />
<strong>Sustainability</strong> is discussed six monthly or more frequently as<br />
circumstances dictate.<br />
During FY17 <strong>Abacus</strong> introduced a single software solution<br />
Nexus payable which is an online paperless accounts<br />
payable system. The introduction of this system has<br />
improved the control environment surrounding our<br />
financial reporting and overall governance processes.<br />
Review and updating of the <strong>Sustainability</strong> and<br />
Environmental Policy, Code of Conduct and Diversity<br />
and Inclusion Policy was completed during FY17. Board<br />
approval provided in July <strong>2017</strong>.<br />
Future priorities<br />
Achieved<br />
<strong>–</strong> Review of the Breach Policy to include data breach response plans and<br />
process improvements for compliance with Mandatory Date Breach<br />
notification in February 2018<br />

<strong>–</strong> Review of the Business Risk Management Policy, Risk Management<br />
Framework, The Compliance Plan and completion of enhanced risk<br />
reporting in line with ASIC Regulatory Guide 259 ‘Risk Management<br />
