Our employability courses are designed to<br />

support people to gain employment or if<br />

they are employed already to upskill them<br />

to further support their career development.<br />

Here at Access we believe all learning should<br />

be fun, interactive and inclusive to all our<br />

learners which is why we bespoke design<br />

our course to ensure this is achieved. We<br />

have achieved a high progression rate into<br />

employment from attending our course<br />

and have supported those who need<br />

further upskilling to access better career<br />

opportunities. We believe that learning<br />

shouldn’t just be a lesson but the start of an<br />

exciting journey for everyone.<br />

New Sales Team<br />

Significant investment has been made<br />

in learner recruitment which led to the<br />

formation of the Access Training Sales Team.<br />

A 60% drop in apprenticeship starts has<br />

been reported nationally and Access Training<br />

recognise this challenge and are bucking<br />

that trend. Apprenticeship recruitment is<br />

becoming more and more competitive and<br />

Access Training needs an effective sales team<br />

to meet the ever growing and complex needs<br />

of employers.<br />
