Employability Contracts
Our employability courses are designed to
support people to gain employment or if
they are employed already to upskill them
to further support their career development.
Here at Access we believe all learning should
be fun, interactive and inclusive to all our
learners which is why we bespoke design
our course to ensure this is achieved. We
have achieved a high progression rate into
employment from attending our course
and have supported those who need
further upskilling to access better career
opportunities. We believe that learning
shouldn’t just be a lesson but the start of an
exciting journey for everyone.

New Sales Team
Significant investment has been made
in learner recruitment which led to the
formation of the Access Training Sales Team.
A 60% drop in apprenticeship starts has
been reported nationally and Access Training
recognise this challenge and are bucking
that trend. Apprenticeship recruitment is
becoming more and more competitive and
Access Training needs an effective sales team
to meet the ever growing and complex needs
of employers.
