Nearly 200 crimsonattired
and befascinated
guests converged at Gorton
Community Center
in Lake Forest on Oct.
20, for the Mothers Trust
Foundation’s 19th annual
Betty Bash. Since 1998,
MTF has impacted more
than 30,000 low-income
and in-crisis children
throughout Lake County.
MTF’s goal is to provide
hope, build confidence
and make a positive difference
in a young person’s
life. The Foundation
provides children and
youth with funding for
immediate and sought-after
needs such as clothing,
educational fees, medical
needs, safety gear and car
seats, and even for extracurricular
activities. The
event raised more than
$50,000.
Renee Zoladz (left), a Mother’s Trust Foundation board
member, and Trude Roselle, of Lake Forest, were in
attendance at the event.
Mothers Trust Foundation Board Member Roycealee Wood (left), of Lake Bluff, and
Mothers Trust Foundation Founder Barbara Monsor, of Lake Forest, helped raise
money for MTF at the event.
Attendees (left to right) Marly Subido, the event co-chairman of the annual Betty
Bash, of Lake Villa; Vicki Rossetti, board president, of Lake Forest; and Kim Croisant,
board member, of Lake Forest, were also at the event.
