In an increasingly complex and fast-moving healthcare environment, the management of cold<br />
chains is vital. Cold chain transportation is a complex interplay of product, shipping methods<br />
and packaging systems in compliance with a stringent and constantly changing regulatory<br />
landscape. Product integrity must be protected along the entire temperature-controlled supply<br />
chain.<br />
Developing a successful supply chain for the distribution of temperature-sensitive<br />
pharmaceuticals is an ongoing process that involves pharmaceutical companies, freight<br />
forwarders, carriers, sub-contractors, freight receivers and more. To this end, ABC has<br />
established a network of dedicated and well-trained healthcare specialists. Our pharma<br />
competence centers draw on comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing and<br />
implementing pharma supply chains.<br />
ABC operates a unique temperature-controlled hub for pharmaceutical products located<br />
directly at Vienna Airport. On a surface of 200 square meters, our pharma hub provides<br />
sufficient space for pallet and ULD build-up and break-down and container loading. We offer<br />
active and passive packaging solutions like Envirotainer, Opticooler, C-Safe Container, va-Qtainer,<br />
Softbox and others. On request, we can arrange wrapping of pallets with insulation foil.
