You’ve had frozen, now come join us as we introduce you to an
old Italian winemaking tradition of making sweet and savoury
wines from naturally dried grapes. Our team will introduce you
to our Riesling Appassimento, a sweet wine, paired with Butternut
Squash Ravioli in a rich pancetta and cream sauce. We will also
sample our 2011 Cabernet Merlot Ripasso alongside a chocolate
truffle with caramelized sea salt. $10 without a Discovery Pass.
