<strong>Icewine</strong>makers and their VQA<br />
wines paired with <strong>Icewine</strong>-inspired<br />
tastings from the Signature Kitchen<br />
Chefs in the beautiful setting of the<br />
Grand Hall in the Courthouse. Live<br />
entertainment. Ends with a fireworks<br />
display and icewine toast making this<br />

comes together to play their part in wine country’s<br />
annual <strong>Icewine</strong> celebration. Established 23 years<br />
ago in <strong>Niagara</strong>-on-the-Lake, the <strong>Festival</strong> delivers a<br />
warm winter setting for the 26 Wineries to pour<br />
liquid gold. The renowned Signature Kitchen Chefs<br />
will tempt your palate with <strong>Icewine</strong> inspired culinary<br />
creations. Admire the sparkling ice sculptures<br />
and when it’s time to warm up, pop into one of the<br />
Heritage District’s welcoming Landmark Shops.<br />

Saturday, January 20, 2018 • 9 -11 pm<br />
The <strong>Icewine</strong> Village in the Heritage District takes on a whole new energy once<br />
the lights are dimmed from 9 to 11 pm on Saturday evening. Come out and<br />
experience the amazing <strong>Icewine</strong> cocktails created by the Signature Kitchen Chefs<br />
of <strong>Niagara</strong>-on-the-Lake. And it’s a <strong>Niagara</strong>-on-the-Lake competition, so you<br />
know the bar will be high. An event not to be missed, music, interesting cocktails<br />
and culinary accompaniments from the Signature Kitchen Chefs.<br />
