Our after-sales service team will resolve any problems that may
arise following delivery. This service is offered in all regions
where Roche Bobois stores are located, regardless of the original
purchase location. We also provide year-round moving services
– the best way to avoid any disassembly and reassembly issues with
your Roche Bobois items.

Following up on your orders is of utmost importance to us. In order
to avoid any problems, you will be advised of the scheduled delivery
date. Rest assured that each item included in your delivery will
have been prepared and checked prior to loading. All of our delivery
teams are specially trained and properly equipped for the job.

THE ROCHEBOBOIS
WARRANTY
The terms and conditions of the Roche Bobois warranty are included
in a booklet given to the client during the sale.
In most cases, and unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions
of the warranty booklet, our products are warranted for 10 years for
structures, 5 years for materials (leather, fabrics, varnishes, patinas...)
and 2 years for mechanisms (mechanical seats, mechanical extension
leaves, electric pieces, batteries, transformers...).
The warranty can only be applied by the store where the order was
placed. Each store is managed by an independent commercial entity,
which name and address appear on the order form, and never by
the franchisee to which the store is attached.
The stores always apply the warranty legal terms and conditions of the
country where the sale is made.
OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
– Changes in aspect resulting from use and normal wear-and-tear
(softening of foam, stretching of seat upholstery) in normal use conditions
(if needed, refer to official rules in place for FURNITURE – SEATS).
– Fading, alteration or any change or deterioration of materials due to:
• excessive exposure to sunlight or artificial light;
• use of cleaning products which are not suitable for the material,
or disregard of care/maintenance instructions;
• external factors: domestic accidents, water damage, stains, burns,
scratches, animals, etc.;
• poor assembly, adjustment, setting or other actions taken by people
who are not authorized by Roche Bobois;
• sweating and natural body perspiration or seborrhea.
– Deteriorations due to improper use.
– Use in public or professional settings, unless the model is appropriate
for such use, and this has been specified on the order form.
– Repairs or modifications done by clients themselves or by a third party
chosen by the client.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT:
The Roche Bobois warranty only applies to goods that have been paid
in full (purchases made using a finance company are considered
paid in full, unless the borrower makes an unfounded claim opposing
the full payment and provided that the down payment has been
made in full).
The Roche Bobois warranty only applies if the original invoice with the
client’s name is presented.
The warranty cannot be signed over or passed on to someone else,
if goods are resold.
The warranty does not apply to furniture or sofas displayed in the store
and sold in a clearance sale (unless stated otherwise in the order form).
