In this module you’ll learn how and why Indians are different. By viewing
the movies, you start to observe, understand and recognise behaviours.
In addition, you’ll learn to anticipate certain behaviours.
Enhance team performance
In this module you’ll apply what you have learnt within a team environment, and how to
solve issues. More importantly, you’ll get valuable insights into how to prevent them in
the first place. You will learn important business skills such as getting commitment for
your work, recognising a ‘no’ in a ‘yes’, creating pro-activeness and getting feedback.
