Venues & Food
Venues and Logistics - 2 persons
You will learn more about the suitable venues for the team building,
committee work, eurovillage, euroconcert, opening ceremony, GA,
which ensure the best conditions of work and leisure for all
participants. What is more, you will have a great opportunity to put
your knowledge into practice and find such venues in Chernihiv. Also,
you will learn how to plan transfers for 135 participants from one
venue to another.
Food and Beverages - 1 person
Hungry people are angry people. And we do not want it. You will learn how to create
balanced menu for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and, of course, coffee breaks, count
how many kgs of cookies and litres of water we need and solve many many more
questions connected with food and beverages.
Human Resources
Delegates support - 2 persons
You will learn how to stay in contact with 90 delegates all the time, answer their emails and
personal messages etc. Before the session, you will learn more about the selection process
of the delegates and the best ways of compiling the statistics, gathering travel & food
preference forms, consent forms and medical sheets. Also, you will be in charge of the
delegates registration with the help of other organisers.
Officials support - 1 person
You will take care of the officials during the pre-session preparation. You will learn more
about the best ways of compiling the statistics, gathering travel & needs & food preference
forms, consent forms and medical sheets Also, you will be responsible for the officials
registration with the help of other organisers.
Fundraising
Fundraising and Finance - 3 persons
Have you ever heard about “cold calls” or “elevator pitch”? During the next 7 months you
will learn how to contact the potential sponsors/partners, apply for the grants and take
care of the financial reporting.
