RHS Garden Wisley’s Glasshouse blossoms into colour and life
from Saturday 13 January as over 50 species of exotic butterflies
will fly freely throughout. In celebration there will be a butterfly
drawing competition, themed treats in the Café and food hall,
and a fantastic photography workshop with photographer
Adrian Davies. This morning workshop boasts exclusive access
to the Glasshouse before it opens to the public on Thursday 25
January and will cover the techniques, equipment and image
processing required to capture the butterflies’ delicate beauty. To

Explore the dialogue between east and west from
Saturday 13 January to Saturday 24 February at
New Ashgate Gallery in Farnham. The Eastern
Influence exhibition features the works of Tim
Andrews, Adam Frew, Hendrike Barz-Meltzer
and Nao Fukumoto O’Neill who were all brought
together by shared expression of the oriental arts.
