Book your holiday through an ABTA bonded
Travel Agency or by calling our reservations
staff direct. When booking by telephone,
always have ready the name of the resort you
want, the grade of Mobile Home and holiday
dates you require. You will also need to decide
on ferry crossings and sailing times. Our sales
team can help you choose the most suitable
sailings available. We are always happy to
advise on holiday availability, costings and
ferries. Calls may be monitored for training
purposes.
Our holiday availability is constantly changing,
so we always advise you to make a telephone
reservation first.
Correspondence
All communication from us will be sent by
email. It is the clients responsibility to check
carefully the details confirmed to them and
inform us immediately if corrections need
to be made. If you do not wish to receive
documentation by this method, there will be a
charge of £15 added to the cost of your holiday
to send it by post.
Pricing an Inclusive Holiday
The price table on page 29 gives the basic cost
of your holiday. This includes the Mobile Home
rental for the stated period, site fees, tourist
tax (where included), UK/French V.A.T.,
parking, gas and electricity two adults. Extra
adults are added on at the rate shown on the
price table, which is a ‘one off’ price for any
duration. Three children under 18 travel free.
All seasonal variations have already been
made - simply read the price according to the
date you wish to commence your holiday at
the resort and the duration of your stay. Extra
nights are added at the appropriate rate on
which they actually fall.
If you require a higher grade of Home simply
add the appropriate supplement for the
correct model, at the appropriate rate for each
night. The per night accommodation upgrade
supplements are listed on each tariff table for
each grade of Mobile Home.
Add any additional ferry route supplements
for each sailing from the table on page 32.
Then add any cabin / seat costs for all party
members (including any free children).
As an example, we have costed a holiday for 2
adults and 3 children travelling to our campsite
at Les Genets on 13th July, using a Brittany
Ferries ship from Portsmouth to Caen staying
in a Lodge Mobile Home for 9 nights, returning
from Cherbourg to Portsmouth by Fastcraft on
22nd July. The cost will be £1706.00 including
the damage waiver. This is printed in the
costing box above.

Outdoor Furniture
Each of our Matthews own Mobile Homes
come fully equipped with outdoor furniture (a
sun umbrella, table, chairs, two sunloungers
and a rotary clothes dryer).
Equipment
We provide a comprehensive inventory in
each of our Mobile Homes. This includes
blankets, (duvets in Lodge & Magnum) pillows,
cooking utensils, teapot, crockery and cutlery.
It’s all there, right down to coat hangers in a
proper wardrobe.
Please be aware that we do not provide bed
sheets, duvet covers, pillowslips or towels in
any grade of Mobile Home.

Cotsides or Cots
Cotsides are available in the Lodge and
Magnum Mobile Homes. The Focus can
accommodate a camping cot in the twin
bedroom. When a cotside or a camping cot
is in use there will be one less bed in that
bedroom.
We do not recommend the use of our cotsides
or cots for children more than 12-15 months
old.
Highchairs
We provide highchairs which must be ordered
in advance of your holiday and cost £1.50 per
night. Make sure you order one with a member
of our staff when making a booking.
Tourist Tax
On certain campsites tourist tax is not
included in the base price and is paid
