America’s Antique City
The theme, “America’s Antique City, Ponchatoula, Louisiana”
began in January of 1989. We offer antiques and collectibles from
country to Victorian. Furniture, glassware and much more can
be seen in every shop. Art galleries and specialty shops add another
attraction to our historic downtown. Ponchatoula Country
Market, located in the old train depot, is a wonderful step back
in time with their great selection of crafts and antiques. Restaurants
featuring casual fine dining, local cuisine, and home style
cooking are all conveniently located in and around the walkable
downtown area. Overnight lodging is available and RV parks are
just a short drive away.
