Wireless internet is available complimentary
in most public areas of the resort and in guest
rooms located in Captains Quarters.
LAUNDRY
Coin operated laundry facilities are located on
the lower ground level of the resort next to the
Kids Club. Washing/Drying/Washing Powder
cost is $5 per load. Your room swipe key is
required to gain entry.
MAIL, PHOTOCOPYING
These services are available at reception.

MAINTENANCE
We have a maintenance team onsite from
8:00am each day. If you find anything
in your room not in working order, please dial 9
for our Guest Hotline.

The Surfers Paradise Day & Night Surgery
& Pharmacy is located on Surfers Paradise
Boulevard (approx 10 minute walk), their phone
number is 07 5592 2299. If you have a medical
emergency or require First Aid, please dial 9 for
our Guest Hotline.
POOL TOWELS
Pool towels are available for purchase at
nominal costs from the Resort Shop and
Splashes Mini Mart. Our bath towels may not be
used for pools, beaches or taken away from the
resort.
PLANET CHILL ICE RINK
Planet Chill is our very own ice-skating rink,
located on the 2nd level above Reception.
A great family attraction suitable for ages 3
years and up. Open daily check weekly ‘Whats
on Guide’ for session times. (Refer to page 22
for more information)

To set up room charge you will have been asked
for your credit card details upon arrival. For
peace of mind and customer security should
your account reach $500 we will send you a
courtesy letter. Children under the age of 15
are unable to charge back to the room.
SECURITY / SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
For your own security, please ensure you
lock and bolt all security screens and doors
on departure from your room, as we do not
accept responsibility for stolen items. We
strongly urge you to place any cash, jewellery,
laptop, computers or other valuables in the
complimentary safety deposit boxes at reception.
SMOKING REGULATIONS
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms
and government regulations prevent smoking
in all public areas other than the designated
smoking area located near the front entrance of
the resort. Please note children are not permitted
in the smoking area. Smoking in rooms will incur
a $200 deodorising charge.
SWIMMMING POOLS
Our Lagoon Pool and Spa are open daily from
7am-9pm. Wristbands supplied on checkin
must be worn at all times in the pool area.
To ensure a fun and safe environment for all,
please do not run, take glass in to the pool area,
or dive in to the pools. CHILDREN MUST HAVE
PARENTAL SUPERVISION, as the resort does not
have a pool lifeguard. (Refer to page 10 for
more information).
TELEPHONE SERVICE
OUTSIDE CALLS – are recorded on your room
account and will appear on your final bill on
departure. Please note there is a charge for all
external calls made from your room phone.
Local calls, STD and International Direct Dial
are available from all rooms by dialling 0 (if
room charge has been set up) then the number
required. ROOM TO ROOM CALLS - Simply
dial the room number. MESSAGES - Your
telephone light will indicate there is a message
waiting for you. To retrieve messages, pick up
the handset and press the message button.
WAKE-UP CALLS - Please dial 9 to arrange.
TOURS/THEME PARKS/ACTIVITIES
There is a booking kiosk and brochures located
in reception showcasing a range of activities
available on the Gold Coast. The staff in the
resort shop can also assist with bookings – a
booking fee will apply. You can also view the
current resort activities in your weekly ‘What’s
On’ program issued upon check-in or on the TV
Screens located around the resort.
VISITOR POLICY
Our facilities, excluding the ice-skating rink
and our food and beverage outlets, are for the
exclusive use of Paradise Resort in-house guests
only. Visitors are not allowed in these areas
and all guests of Paradise Resort will be issued
with a guest identification wristband on arrival.
The wristband is a requirement of entry to the
waterpark, kids club and resort activities.
ZONE 4 ADULTS

We offer an exclusive Adult only outdoor Spa
area, open daily from 9:00am-7:00pm.
It features a large heated spa and lounge
chairs offering parents a place to unwind and
soak up the sunshine ‘child free’. The Zone 4
Adults stage and dining area is also a place
for parents to come together and enjoy our
daily entertainment program with a range of
activities on our program just for mums and
dads. If parents are using the Zone 4 Adults
we recommend that children are booked in
to the Kids Club or otherwise supervised by a
responsible adult.
ZONE 4 KIDS CLUB
Our Zone 4 Kids Club is open daily with many
packages including one complimentary session
per child (0-12years) per day.(Refer to page 16
for more information).
ZONE 4 KIDS WATERPARK
Our Zone 4 Kids Waterpark is open daily from
9:00am. These times vary throughout the year
depending on natural light. To ensure safety of
all guests, the Waterpark may close due to wind,
rain or extreme weather. (Refer to page 14 for
more information).

THE BISTRO
Located on the ground floor, the Bistro offers
a relaxed atmosphere for both breakfast and
dinner. Breakfast features a choice of our
continental buffet or a-la-carte menu with all
your favourites. Our Chef has put together
a delicious evening menu of mains and
delectable desserts to indulge all taste buds.
Bookings are recommended for dinner to avoid
disappointment.

Kick start your day with a selection of fresh juices,
protein shakes and smoothies. The Juice Bar is
located inside the Poolside Cafe and offers a
range of freshly made salads, sandwiches,
gourmet wraps and sushi.
POOLSIDE CAFÉ & BAR
Overlooking our fantastic Z4K Waterpark and
pool, the Poolside Café & Bar offers casual
dining across breakfast, lunch & dinner. Whether
you are looking to sit down and enjoy a meal
with the family, grab a light take away meal or
enjoy a relaxing drink, the Poolside Café & Bar
has it all.

enjoy our casual poolside dining experience

nappies to bread, milk, cereal, swimwear and
swim accessories to Paradise Resort Souvenirs.
A great place to pick up light snacks, beer, wine
and all your grocery needs at reasonable prices.
Splashes is located poolside and open daily.
