TREE & WOODLANDS
Assist provide a complete range of tree and
woodland management services to its local
authority, estate and property management
customers.
Ranging from reactive response and emergency
situations to scheduled tree inspection and
maintenance programmes. All of our staff are highly
trained to both industry standard levels and our
comprehensive internal training program.
Carried out by qualified and experienced teams of
trained Arborists, you can expect Assist to produce
a high quality and professional standard of work. All
works are undertaken in line with BS3998 (2010)
tree work recommendations and current industry
guidelines.
Assist also has the capability through its works
management system, ‘Workrate’, to asset tag all
trees to ensure planned maintenance throughout its
lifecycle.

WEED CONTROL
Assist covers 150,000km of footpaths, hard standing and highways each year using innovative methods and
environmentally friendly products delivering highway weed control, vegetation management, and invasive
weed management services.
Maintaining the UK's road networks for the highways agencies and local authorities, as well as utility and
telecommunication infrastructure. Assist have over 10 years' experience in this sector and is a market leader
in weed control and vegetation management. Our people are experienced and meticulous, and our
methods are state-of-the-art, so our customers can be assured a thorough job every single time.

WINTER MAINTENANCE
Assist works to keep the UK's highways, car parks and estates safe and clear in the winter months, with our
dedicated fleet of highway gritting vehicles available for rapid response. Gritting during the coldest times of
the year is vitally important in the quest to keep the country moving and our winter maintenance service
enables customers to vastly increase road safety in icy conditions.
State-of-the-art mobile
communication tools allow our
vehicles to be immediately
contacted when required,
keeping response times to a
minimum and service levels at a
premium.
Each vehicle is equipped with
GPS tracking, showing
locations, times and grit rates
for each vehicle. Bespoke
co-ordination systems have
been designed to handle each
element of a winter
maintenance service. Detailed,
online records are provided to
our customers within hours of a
completed application, which is
an integral part of managing risk
and mitigating any claims.

HYGIENE & CLEANING
SERVICES
Assist's dedicated team offer a complete
range of cleaning services. We have
extensive experience working with housing
associations, local authorities and estate
managers to provide tailored and innovative
service solutions.
