Graviola / Soursop Oil (Annona Muricata)<br />

Soursop is the fruit of the evergreen tree, Annona muricata; native to the tropical regions of<br />

South America and Africa. The fruit is most popular for its anti-cancer effects, although, it is very<br />

effective against many other health problems. The oil is replete with antioxidants. These<br />

antioxidants, especially vitamins C and E, zinc, and beta-carotene, have been found to<br />

decrease the risk of eye disease. The antioxidants also reduce oxidative stress, which can<br />

otherwise cause cataracts and age-related macular degeneration. The oil can treat a wide<br />

range of infections, both bacterial and fungal infections, as well as internal parasitic worms. As<br />

per a report by the University of Connecticut, soursop can be used extensively for the treatment<br />

of stress and other issues like depression as it reduces high blood pressure. Moreover, the oil is<br />

widely used to enhance immunity. Soursop is also rich in ascorbic acid (vitamin C) that<br />

strengthens and boosts the immune system and beta-Carotene, the precursor of vitamin A, that<br />

development of the body. However, hazelnuts are also a good source of oleic acid. Oleic acid<br />

in the body. There were various researchers found that those who consumed hazelnuts twice or<br />

more in a week had an approx. 50 percent lower risk of sudden cardiac death than those who<br />
