for use with the CHANCE 1000 lb Capstan Hoist. The swivel base allows proper
alignment with the load without moving the vehicle. Proper alignment reduces
the risk of the rope creeping, binding, or leaving the drum. Quicker and easier job
set-up by simply inserting and pinning into a 2” receiver mount.
