packed experience
Here at Boulders we’re inspiring children to be
happier and healthier through climbing. Our
Schools Inspire Program where we visit schools
and chat to pupils has been a massive success
in 2017 and into 2018. We’re on a mission to
inspire 100,000 children from South Wales
into climbing before the 2020 Olympics, where
climbing will be included for the first time!
We have an adventure play for children aged 7 and under, with climbing for ages 6
plus. A visit to us during half term could be a fun, action packed experience, or the

Pirates and mermaids
Dive into Bristol Aquarium and discover the wonders of the deep, right in the heart of
Bristol. Spot the thousands of aquatic creatures, from tropical sharks, rays and seahorses
to puffer fish, piranhas, and so many more!
This February Half Term we’re celebrating Pirates and Mermaids! Come and take on 'argh'
pirate treasure trail, get involved with your hands (and peg legs!) with our daily activities
and learn more about the creatures that live in the seven seas! PLUS meet a REAL LIFE
Mermaid on Saturdays and Sundays during February Half Term, come and listen to her

Holiday care for children

Action Pak is part of Acorns
Nurseries Limited and has
provided varied, fun and
exciting holiday care for
children since 1992.
Based at Whitchurch High
School and registered to care
for 297 children each day,
the children are split into 8
different groups according to
their age. Each group enjoy
their own base room, team of
staff and activities.
Action Pak ensures that tailor-made age appropriate timetables are guaranteed to
stimulate, challenge, create and enhance the perfect break from school. Action Pak
opens from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday each week during the Easter and Summer
Holidays with the exception of Bank Holidays.

Camp Coconuts After School Club
Following the success of their very popular holiday club, Camp Coconuts are
launching an after school club, collecting children from schools in the area.
Camp Coconuts Manager, Jenny Davies said, “Camp Coconuts is really excited to
introduce this new after school club for children aged 3-12 years. We can collect
your child from school and bring them back to Camp Coconuts on Sully Moors
Road, Barry for a fun-filled afternoon of games and activities.”
Camp Coconuts plans to collect from the following schools* Dinas Powys Primary
(Infants and Juniors sites), Gladstone Primary, Sully Primary, Ysgol Sant Curig
Primary, St Andrew’s CIW Primary, *Subject to register of interest. Each session
will cost just £15 and includes collection from school, fun and games and a light
tea. The club will run from Monday to Friday during term time and parents may
pick up at any time until
6.30pm. Camp Coconuts
also provide a full-time club
during the school holidays
from Monday to Friday,
