A small school that makes
a big difference
Hollygirt School
is a small
independent
school for girls
and boys aged
3 to 16 near the
city centre of
Nottingham.
Hollygirt is
a unique
environment. We
help children develop their individual strength and abilities whilst
ensuring they are safe, secure and happy.
We take children of all abilities and we only assess children before
they join so that their educational needs can be met. Despite this,
each year our academic results are up there with the highly selective
independent schools in Nottinghamshire.
In 2017, one in every three pupils achieved all A* and A grades. We
believe this is a result of a successful mixture of hard work, small
class sizes, teachers’ dedication and pupils’ positive attitude to their
school environment. Headmistress, Mrs Pam Hutley, said: “While the
pupils whose outstanding A*/A performance is most impressive, this
does not tell the whole picture of progress and success.”
We would love to see you at our next Open Day on Wednesday 14th
March. Tours are at 9.30am and 2.00pm. All are welcome. If you
cannot make it, just call us to book an appointment for a personal
tour instead.
