Started in 1963 by Bob <strong>Curtis</strong> as a Design / Supply<br />
Dealership with emphasis on new restaurant<br />
projects, <strong>Curtis</strong> <strong>Restaurant</strong> <strong>Equipment</strong>’s<br />
strategies have changed over the last 50 plus years,<br />
but our focus on providing great service to our<br />
customers has not.<br />
Now an employee owned company with over 60<br />
employees at four locations in Oregon and a location in<br />
Boise Idaho, the culture that began in 1963 continues<br />
today. <strong>Curtis</strong> has grown by continuing to service<br />
regional restaurant chains and national accounts as<br />
well as local accounts throughout the Northwest.<br />
<strong>Curtis</strong> provides consulting, planning, design,<br />
equipment, supplies and installation for all phases of<br />
foodservice including independent restaurants, bars,<br />
hotels, hospitals, schools, stadiums, casinos, churches<br />
and senior living facilities. Our Springfield, Oregon<br />
facility includes a large showroom, demonstration<br />
kitchen, office and warehouse facility and serves as<br />
headquarters. The main office supports four branches<br />
located in Medford, Bend, and Beaverton, Oregon, as<br />
well as a branch in Boise, Idaho that opened in 2018.<br />
Each branch office is staffed by an experienced and<br />
knowledgeable team of foodservice experts.<br />

We also have the ability to provide a furnishing and decor<br />
package to meet your design and budget goals. Our varied<br />

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Acting as project managers, our<br />
contract sales professionals provide the coordination between<br />
architects, general contractors, engineers, plumbers, electricians,<br />
and other related subcontractors to assure projects proceed<br />
seamlessly from beginning to completion.<br />
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION - The expertise with which<br />
we set up and install each component according to plan assures<br />
the quality of our complete package. Our professional crew will<br />
deliver, uncrate, inspect, assemble, and set your equipment<br />
in place. From factory to operation, we will make sure your<br />
equipment arrives on time and is installed and operating<br />
