VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER AT<br />
DALLOWAY TERRACE<br />
Dalloway Terrace, the picturesque<br />
winter hideaway nestled in the heart of<br />
Bloomsbury, provides the perfectly<br />
intimate setting to enjoy Valentine’s Day<br />
with your special someone this year.<br />
This elegant dining destination invites<br />
guests to lose themselves under a<br />
canopy of frosted foliage, ferns and pine<br />
cones, and indulge in a carefully created<br />
Valentine’s Day menu on 14 February,<br />
ensuring an idyllic evening of romance.<br />
For £60 per person, guests can begin<br />
the evening with starters such as the<br />
28-day dry-aged Aberdeen Beef<br />
Carpaccio, served with rocket and<br />
freshly shaved truffle, or the seasonal<br />
favourite Goats Cheese & Roasted Fig,<br />
with toasted walnuts and balsamic<br />
vinegar reduction.<br />
Also on offer will be Native Oysters,<br />
known as the ‘food of love’ and famously<br />
eaten in celebration of Valentine’s Day<br />
due to their aphrodisiac reputation.<br />
For mains, the choice includes Pan<br />
Seared Cod, served alongside mussels<br />
and white wine velouté, as well as a<br />
Classic Beef Wellington and a vegetarian<br />
option of Dalloway’s delicious<br />
Homemade Gnocchi with stilton cream,<br />
seasonal mushrooms and sautéed<br />
spinach. For dessert, Dalloway Terrace<br />
will be serving two sharing desserts, the<br />
refreshing Passionfruit & Strawberry<br />
Flamed Alaska and a rich Chocolate &<br />
Chilli Fondue, served with seasonal<br />
fruits and berries, marshmallows and<br />
cheesecake bites, guaranteed to bring<br />
couples closer this Valentine’s Day.<br />
The restaurant will also be serving a<br />
bespoke drink selection, offering<br />
Hambledon Vineyard Classic Cuvee Rose<br />
as well as That’s Amore cocktail, made<br />
with English Sparkling Wine, Aged<br />
Balsamic Vinegar, Strawberries and<br />
Chocolate.<br />
Dalloway Terrace is named after the<br />
eponymous character created by Virginia<br />
Woolf, an author whose name will forever<br />
be associated with the area. The idyllic<br />
terrace has firmly positioned itself as a top<br />
dining destination on the London<br />
restaurant scene, offering the peace and<br />
charm of a secluded frosted cabin<br />
complete with hot cocktails and cheese<br />
fondue in the winter months and a<br />
retractable roof providing the perfect<br />
alfresco dining destination in the spring<br />
and summer months.<br />
