Bio on Chef Thompson
Chef Darren Thompson made his
way through the Sacramento culinary
scene during the farm to fork and
slow food movements, learning from
some of the region’s most influential
chefs. He has been at the helm
of several kitchens from Auburn,
Roseville, Sacramento, all the way
to Yolo County’s wine country. His
appreciation for fine ingredients and
mastering technique is what drives
him forward in his career and his
love of creation and nostalgia are
what fill the pages of his menus.
