Dear Exhibiting Partner,
The Georgia Academy of Family Physicians (GAFP) is pleased to invite all health systems,
recruiters, healthcare organizations, patient advocacy organizations and pharmaceutical and
medical device industry partners to join us at our 2018 GAFP CME meetings, Georgia’s premier CME event
planned for family physicians.
The GAFP represents more than 3,000 family physicians, family medicine residents and medical students. We
are the largest medical specialty organization in Georgia and a state chapter of the American Academy of
Family Physicians (AAFP), one of the largest national medical organizations in the United States, with more
than 103,000 members. Approximately 600 family physicians, residents and students from throughout Georgia
are expected to attend these events. The Social Information Hub is your opportunity to exhibit, interact, educate
and connect with our members about the products and services you provide.
• June 15-16, 2018 at Omni Amelia Island Resort in Amelia Island, FL
• November 8-9, 2018 at Marriott Evergreen Conference Resort in Stone Mountain, GA
• Two-day exhibit includes: more than five (5) hours of dedicated time in the Social Information Hub where
all non-CME activities occur; dining and social activities
• Booth locations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
• The exhibits will be in a separate room outside of the meeting rooms
