PROJECT MANAGEMENT (PMP®) EXAM PREPARATION COURSE<br />
This course is intended to prepare project managers for the Project <strong>Management</strong> Professional (PMP®) Certification<br />
Exam offered by the Project <strong>Management</strong> Institute (PMI®). This course will enable you to identify your<br />
personal strengths <strong>and</strong> weaknesses regarding mastery of the five Process Groups <strong>and</strong> nine Knowledge Areas,<br />
<strong>and</strong> enable you to develop a personal study program for the PMP® Certification Exam. All participants will<br />
receive a PMBOK®.<br />
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT EXAM (PGMP SM ) EXAM PREP<br />
This course covers the specific areas for the Program <strong>Management</strong> Professional (PgMP SM ) Certification Exam<br />
<strong>and</strong> how to apply the concepts as a program manager. The course aims to prepare those already on the track<br />
to PgMP SM certification with the right knowledge to pass the exam.<br />
COMPTIA PROJECT+<br />
The CompTIA Project+ certification is a globally recognized credential for project managers, <strong>and</strong> those who<br />
manage projects as part of their job role. The course covers the entire project life cycle from initiation <strong>and</strong><br />
planning through execution, acceptance, support <strong>and</strong> closure.<br />
CERTIFIED BUSINESS ANALYST PROFESSIONAL (CBAP®) EXAM PREP<br />
The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) offers the CBAP®; certification to those with at least<br />
five years of professional experience in the field of business analysis. This intensive exam preparation course<br />
provides an in‐depth review of the six knowledge areas included in the exam. Demonstrations <strong>and</strong> practice<br />
quizzes reinforce the concepts <strong>and</strong> provide the framework for a personalized study plan for exam success.<br />

The PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI‐SP) Certification course is designed to help you prepare for the PMI<br />
Scheduling Professional (PMI‐SP) Certification. Students will apply the generally recognized practices of project<br />
time management acknowledged by the Project <strong>Management</strong> Institute (PMI) to schedule projects successfully.<br />
