Hensel Phelps provided Facility Management (FM) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for the Atlas V
Program Command and Control Center at Launch Complex 41 in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Hensel Phelps delivered a Transitional Solutions – Occupancy (TSO) program to transition the facility from
the construction phase to operations. The transition phase included the development and implementation
of a Maintenance Management Plan (MMP), loading the Computerized Maintenance Management System
(CMMS), and developing the maintenance operating procedures, as well as standard and emergency
operating procedures. This included critical calibrations of all system sensors in the launch vehicle HVAC
system and FM and O&M services.
