Any homeowner needing an access card should contact Sharon<br />

crest-management.com. The pool is open Tuesday-Sunday year<br />

around from 10 AM-10 PM, except in freezing weather conditions.<br />

The <strong>Woodcreek</strong> Reserve pool is unguarded.<br />

BOARD MEETINGS<br />

Should you desire to receive notice of your community Board meetings,<br />

go to www.crest-management.com, click on “communities,”<br />

then click on the link to your community and you may register there.<br />

TRASH & RECYCLING INFORMATION<br />

Trash day is on Wednesday and you should place your trash at the<br />

curb in the receptacle provided by Republic Waste. Please note you<br />

may also place lawn debris in trash bags and bundled and tied limbs<br />

at curb for pick up. Heavy trash day will also be on Wednesdays.<br />

There has been no change to the recycling schedule, which will<br />

remain on the 2 nd and 4 th Thursday of the month.<br />

a Customer Service Representative at 713-849-0400. Customer<br />

Service is open Monday-Friday 7AM to 5PM and on Saturday 8AM<br />

to Noon.<br />

Pool and Tennis Courts:<br />

To obtain a gate access card to the pool and tennis courts, complete<br />

the enclosed “gate access card request” form and return it to our<br />

office. The pool and tennis courts are located at 26519 Kingsland<br />

Blvd., Katy, TX 77494.<br />

Pool Hours: Tuesday – Sunday, 9:00 AM thru 10:00 PM<br />

Monday: Closed for cleaning (unless Monday is a holiday,<br />

then the pool will be closed Tuesday)<br />

Tennis Court Hours: Everyday 5:00 AM thru 11:00 PM<br />

Car Stickers:<br />

The car stickers are to be placed on the upper corner of the windshield<br />

on the passenger side of your automobile. Please make note<br />

on your “gate access request form” how many stickers are needed<br />

for your family. These stickers are numbered for accountability<br />

and are tied to your address. You must take the stickers off and<br />

mail them back to Crest Management when you move from the<br />

community or sell the vehicle. The stickers will not be reused, but<br />

this will keep unauthorized persons from visiting the community<br />

without being noticed.<br />

Keeping Your Family Informed:<br />

Our office would like to gather 100% of all homeowners email<br />

addresses for easy notification of any community updates, alerts<br />

and meeting notices. In the body of your email provide your name,<br />

mailing address and phone number. Thank you for helping us keep<br />

The WoodCreek Reserve official Newsletter is published by Krenek<br />
