*Tá dược dính lỏng:<br />
Dùng trong phương pháp xát hạt ướt.<br />
- Hồ tinh bột: Nồng độ 5 – 15%.<br />
- Dịch thể gelatin : Nồng độ 5 – 10%.<br />
- Dịch thể PVP (Polyvinyl pyrrolidon):<br />
+ Dính tốt, ít ảnh hưởng đến thời gian rã của <strong>viên</strong>.<br />
+ Nồng độ 3 – 15 %.<br />
- Dẫn chất cellulose:<br />
+ Methyl cellulose (MC): Dùng dịch thể 1 – 5% trong nước.<br />
Natri carboxymethyl cellulose (NaCMC).<br />
+ Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (HPMC).<br />
+ Hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC).<br />
+ Dịch gôm arabic : nồng độ 5-15%
