Dioki Petrokimya A.S., established in 2016 on a total field of 60000 m2 in which has
15000 m2 closed area, completed the installation and start up of two production lines,
which are HIPS/GPPS and EPS, shorter than one year.
In order to decrease the dependency of our country to foreigner producers of petrochemical
productions and increase the country’s profittable income has been the main
goal of Dioki Petrokimya A.S. which was founded in Adana Yumurtalık Custom Free
Zone by a hundred percent of domestic capital and progressive Turkish technology.
Dioki Petrokimya A.S. has been achieving High Impact Polystyrene, General Purpose
Polystyrene and Expandable Polystyrene productions with the highest technology . Our
company is the one of the biggest polystrene producer of Turkey with a total capacity of
80000 Metric Tones per year. Dioki Petrokimya has been supplying different types of
polystyrene productions with high quality to several industries such as insulation, packaging,
White goods, electronics, etc by on-site highly experienced team.”

GENERAL PURPOSE POLYSTYRENE (GPP)
Material Description
Dioki GPPS consists of pellets with transparent appearance and hard construction. Density of
product is 1,05 g/cm³ and bulk density is approximately 0.6 g/cm³. Dioki GPPS is a polymer has
excellent quality and easily processable.
Storage and Handling
Dioki Petrokimya GPPS is packed in polyethylene bags of 25 kg on wooden pallets having dimensions
of 110x130 cm as 1 pallet net 1.375 kg. (Depend on the costumers demand, bigbag can be supplied)
The pallets are covered and secured with stretch film.
Dioki Petrokimya GPPS should be protected from direct sunlight and rain/water. If possible, it
should stored in dry, cool and closed area.

FLAME RETARDANT EXPANDABLE POLYSTYRENE (EPS)
Description
Dioki Petrokimya EPS F is white beads contains internal flame retardant additive and pentane
as blowing agent. Dioki Petrokimya EPS F is not recommend for use in food contact applications.Each
bead’s density is 1,05 kg/m³, bulk denstiy is approx. 600 kg/m³
Dioki Petrokimya EPS F is a polymer has high quality, has perfect expansion properties. It is
specially produced for the production of incombustible products.
*Density range can change according to costumer’s process conditions.
Storage and Handling
Dioki Petrokimya EPS F is packed in octabin box with liner bag on wooden pallets having
dimensions of 105x105 cm as 1 pallet net 1.000 kg.
Dioki Petrokimya EPS F should be stored in dry, below 25°C, cool, well ventilated, sunless and
closed area. It is recommended to use within 1 month after delivery. All conceivable sources of
ignition must be kept away, and the buildup of electric charges has to be prevented.
Dioki Petrokimya EPS F, Class: 9, ADR-marking substance no: 2211 and packing group 3 / low
dangerous.
