multiple camp options for budding artists
Nurturing creative potential

preparing children for life.
Chicago’s premier art
school, the School of the
Art Institute of Chicago
(SAIC), offers amazing
course options for all ages!
SAIC offers classes
year-round that allow creative
thinkers and makers
to explore their passions.
Children learn to explore,
imagine and discover
while we guide them on a
path to becoming creators,
innovators and problemsolvers
of the future.
Children’s Workshops
are offered both morning
and afternoons for one- or
two-week sessions each
summer for children ages
4-9. SAIC’s unique environment
allows children
to work together on fun
projects and create art
through painting, drawing,
mixed media, sculpture,
printmaking, performance,
digital art and more!
Courses start in different
sessions beginning June 11
through Aug. 17, to meet
any budding artist’s schedule.
For campers over age
6, you can sign up for
back-to-back morning and
afternoon sessions to make
it a full day. We even offer
family camps, for the
whole family to join in!
Middle School Programs
are offered year
round for children ages 10-
13. Our summer programs
offer incredibly immersive
experiences across a variety
of disciplines. Oneand
two-week courses include:
• Architecture

• Comics and Graphic
Novels
• Fashion
• Illustration
• Painting and drawing
• Sculpture
• Studio Art
• Toy design, and
