RELOCATION Like-hearted communities are made up of people who care about one another and the greater good that the community represents. There are times when opportunities to support our business arise and relocation is requested. In these situations, we want to make that move as easy as possible. Tuthill will provide financial support for employees that are stepping into roles in new locations. BUSINESS TRAVEL & ENTERTAINMENT Whether it’s visiting customers or suppliers, volunteering with cause partners, or going on other trips that take employees out of the office, we want to make this as easy as possible. It’s your responsibility to travel using your best judgment and to collect required receipts. Transportation, hotels, meals, and some entertainment expenses are covered under this policy. Use your Tuthill credit card so that you don’t have to incur out-ofpocket expenses. Remember that our people are our brand and that you represent Tuthill when you’re traveling. Respect local cultures, spread aliveness, follow the law, and be safe at all times. OUR VALUES
Holding Each Other Great MILITARY LEAVE We understand that some of our employees will be required to perform military duty in the armed forces voluntarily or involuntarily. Tuthill’s Military leave policy proudly complies with the Uniformed Services Employment And Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). Eligible employees will receive benefits according to this policy for up to five years of absence given that advance notice is provided and that the employee was discharged honorably from the military.
