Vision

Michael Israeli: CEO of VIBE, owner and founder of
Atrium Group, with an experience of over 15 years in real
estate. Has developed over 700 apartments in Budapest and
in New York. Had also developed, owned and operated
shopping malls in Romania and Hungary.
The people
Alexandru Bercea: Owner and founder of Alber Holding,
with an experience of over 20 years in real estate.
Has developed in Romania over 5.000 apartments, 200,000
sqm of retail (Kaufland, LIDL, Penny) and logistic centers.
Rudolf Vizental: Partner of CITR Group, CEO of CIT
Resources and the Fund Manager of ROCA (Romanian Capital).
Has 20 years of experience in turnaround, banking and
restructuring activities.
Catalin Sima: Managing Partner at VIBE, with over 5 years
of experience in managing residential real estate projects in
Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest.
