7. Make a right-click on Delete button for the Windows XP/2000 in case you don’t have other Intuit
products installed on your system.

8. A user can rename it by clicking on Rename. If you have Windows 7 or Vista installed into your
system, then delete the following folders instead, and replace: with the username for the
account that you use
‣ C:\Program Data\Intuit
‣ C:\Program Data\Common Files\Intuit
‣ C:\Users\AppData\Local\Intuit
‣ C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit
‣ C:\Program Files\Intuit
‣ C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intuit
9. Make a right-click and select Delete button on the following folders, in case you are using
Windows XP/2000 and have other Intuit products installed on your system C:\Program
Files\Intuit
Rename the folder name if you want.
For Windows 7/Vista, delete or rename the following folder C:\Program Data\Intuit
10. Restart the system to finalize any changes to the registry that uninstalling QuickBooks may
make.
