• All exterior improvements and/or additions require the
HOA’s approval prior to the start of the work. The HOA has
30 days to review any application for home improvement.
• Contact the HOA for questions, requests and/or concerns
on deed restrictions, pool/tennis court, exterior improvement
(such as landscaping, fencing, etc.) garbage collection,
architectural review and any other related information.
• Garage sales prohibited unless express written permission has
been granted by the HOA. Please give 30 days notice to the HOA.

HOA BOARD MEETINGS
The Falcon Ranch HOA Board monthly meetings are held at The Falcon
Ranch Clubhouse on the fourth Wednesday of each month. The clubhouse
is located at 24820 Forest Canyon, Katy, TX 77494 by the pool and splash
pad. Regular meetings begin at 6:30 PM and residents are welcome to
attend. The Board, which is made up of Falcon Ranch residents, wants to
hear from residents but due time constraints open-session discussions
must be limited.
WANTING TO MAKE AN EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENT
TO YOUR HOME?
Many new homeowners like to improve on the new home they purchase by
adding a swimming pool, storage shed or other modifications. If you want
to make an exterior change to your home, please fill out the application
found on the Spectrum Website at www.spectrumam.com. The Association
has a committee that reviews these applications and the committee has
30 days to respond.

Residents are invited to contribute to this local newsletter.
Articles should be submitted to the Board (board@
falconranchhoa.com), no later than the 20 th of the month
BEFORE the newsletter is printed, which is the month before
distribution. Please make note of these deadline dates:
April 20 th - June newsletter
May 20 th - July newsletter
June 20 th - August newsletter
PET PEEVES
Do your duty as a pet owner! When you take your dog for
a walk around the community or to the park, please be courteous to the
surrounding neighbors and pick up behind your pet and keep unwanted
dog waste from becoming a threat and a nuisance to the safety and enjoyment
for all members of the community.
FALCON RANCH TEENAGE JOB SEEKER’S LIST
If you are between 12 and 18 and would like to be added to the teenage job
seeker’s list, please fill out the form on our website (www.krenekprinting.
com, click submissions and choose Jobseekers) with your name, birthdate
(mo. & yr.), phone number, year you will graduate and the name of your
newsletter/subdivision. Check the list of jobs you want on your form.
Please make sure your email is correct, we send emails in the summer to
make sure all the info is still good and that you want to stay on the list. If
we do not hear back from you after 3 tries, we will remove you from the
list until we do. Must have parent(s) permission.

on the Teenage Job Seeker List. Please ask for and check out references
if you do not personally know those listed. This is just a list of teenagers
from the subdivision who wish to find part time jobs. Responsibility for
any work done by these teenagers is between those seeking helpers and
the teens and their parents.
