<strong>2018</strong> Maintenance Fees<br />
If you have not paid the <strong>2018</strong> Maintenance Fee of $375, it is now PAST<br />
DUE/LATE. Third and Final Late notices were mailed to all past due<br />
account holders the first week of <strong>April</strong> via certified mail. Any account<br />
not paid before <strong>April</strong> 30, <strong>2018</strong> will incur an additional late fee of $50 on<br />
May 1 st and a finance charge of 10% per month. At that point all accounts<br />
that have an unpaid balance will either have a lawsuit filed against them<br />
in small claims court or will be sent over to our attorney for collections.<br />

Late Fee Schedule for Unpaid Maintenance Fees:<br />
Accounts not paid before March 30, <strong>2018</strong> will incur an additional late fee<br />

All unpaid fees after January 31, <strong>2018</strong> carry a finance charge of 10% per<br />

Accounts not paid by <strong>April</strong> 30, <strong>2018</strong> may be turned over for legal pursuit<br />
in which all costs are the responsibility of the delinquent owner. Legal<br />
fees can range from $150 to over $2,000.<br />
MPCA Board Meetings<br />
The Board of Directors meets in the <strong>Memorial</strong> <strong>Parkway</strong> Clubhouse<br />
(21600 Cimarron <strong>Parkway</strong>) on the first Tuesday of every month at 7<br />
PM. The meeting is open to all members of the Association. The Board<br />
is only required by the State to have ONE meeting per year, but MP has<br />
always had monthly meetings so that they can be more accessible to the<br />
members that they serve. Our monthly Board meeting, will be Tuesday,<br />
<strong>April</strong> 3, <strong>2018</strong>.<br />

<strong>2018</strong> Pool Season & Pool Photo IDs<br />
All residents over 2 years old, who want to use any of our facilities<br />
(clubhouse, pool, tennis courts), must have a valid ID card. Photo ID Cards<br />
must be validated each year. Please turn them into the office beginning<br />
now for validation for <strong>2018</strong>. If you do not have a Pool ID, please submit<br />
the Photo ID Form to the office.<br />
The office will be open late Tuesday Nights: <strong>April</strong> 3 rd , May 1 st and June<br />
5 th from 7-8 PM. This is to allow working residents to have an opportunity<br />
to have their ID’s made or validated.<br />
If you are a new resident or have never had ID cards, please follow these<br />
procedures:<br />
1. Print off the Photo ID Form.<br />
2. Complete the information and return it to the office either in person or<br />
by fax at 281-492-7130.<br />
3. Wait at least 3 days and go to the office for your picture. You may come<br />
as a family unit or individually.<br />
4. Your Photo ID will be ready immediately.<br />
