General Meeting Minutes 3-20-18
The General Meeting was called to order by
President Andy Anderson at 6:32pm.
Minutes from the February meeting were
read. Tom Jarvis made a motion to accept
the minutes as read. Chuck Laningham
seconded. Darlene Derringer gave the
Treasurer’s report.
Tonight’s raffle brought in
$255. Winners of the $50
bills were Mike Lebda (How
did Mary Ann know their
ticket was going to be drawn)? What a
welcome we gave Gail
Traverse, our 2 nd winner.
VP of Public Relations, Dick
Johnson, let us know
birthdays totaled 1148 and
we had one anniversary to celebrate, the
Rosen’s, at 18 years. They are the winner of
the Panera gift card this month. New Canvas
Bags have arrived with our updated logo.
They are available to purchase for $15.00.
VP of Activities – Dick Danielsen – went over
the past and several future runs. Look for
more info on future runs in the newsletter.
Charlie Fosnaugh has invited the leader of
the Pacific Central Caravan to the 25 th
anniversary of the National Corvette
Museum to speak at our April General
Meeting. Dick announced that Charlie
Fosnaugh has agreed to be our Club
Historian and the club has purchased a 4
terabyte external hard drive to preserve our
club photographs and newsletters to help
Charlie with the task. A BIG thank you to
Charlie.
Chuck Laningham collected $1.71 in badge
fines. Who wants to explain that? Debbie
Garrison gave her Sunshine and Clouds
report by passing the mic around the room.
Keith Garrison was our baby of the month –
with no winners.

There being no new business or old, Tom
Jarvis made a motion to adjourn the
meeting at 7:35pm. Diane Hayes
seconded.
The next Board meeting will be Tuesday,
March 27 th at 7pm at Andy Anderson’s
home.
