RATES<br />
Prices are in EUR and refer to half-board accommodations<br />
per person, with a two-person minimum occupancy per<br />
room, including the “<strong>Gardena</strong> Special” services and all taxes.<br />
A tourist tax will be added to the rates shown: 2.00 EUR per<br />
person (aged 14 years and over) per day until 31.12.2017 and<br />
2.50 EUR per person (aged 14 years and over) per day from<br />
01.01.2018, payable on departure. We reserve the right to<br />
adjust our prices to compensate for any increases in V.A.T.<br />
Uneaten meals will not be deducted and no reimbursements<br />
will be made for unused services.<br />
SURCHARGES<br />
Surcharge for full-board accommodations: 25.00 EUR per<br />
person per day. Comfort/Superior room or Suite used as a<br />
single: 80% surcharge.<br />
DISCOUNTS<br />
For the 3rd bed in a Superior room or Suite: 30% discount.<br />
Discounts will be applied to children sleeping in an additional<br />
bed in the same room or suite with two full-paying<br />
persons. The Special Advance Reservation Discount and the<br />
Special Offer for Return Guests are applied only to reservations<br />
booked in advance with the <strong>Gardena</strong> Grödnerhof Hotel.<br />
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE<br />
On the day of arrival, rooms and suites will be available<br />
around 3 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m.<br />
On the day of departure, rooms and suites must be vacated<br />
by 12 noon. We will charge 100% of the price of the reserved<br />
stay for late arrivals or early departures. We suggest our travel<br />
cancellation coverage.<br />
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION<br />
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a<br />
deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, postal<br />
money order or credit card.<br />
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<br />
For reservations cancelled up to 1 month prior to the date<br />
of arrival, nothing will be charged. For cancellations from 29<br />
to 15 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reserved stay will be<br />
charged, while 50% will be charged for cancellations from 14<br />
to 3 days in advance. For cancellations from 2 days or less in<br />
advance, and in case of late arrival or early departure, 100%<br />
of the total price of the reserved stay will be charged.<br />
TRAVEL CANCELLATION COVERAGE<br />
To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival<br />
or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation<br />
for health or other valid reasons, we suggest our travel<br />
cancellation coverage. Upon request, we will be pleased to<br />
provide additional information and the relative form.<br />
PACKAGES<br />
Packages are per person and must be booked with the<br />
<strong>Gardena</strong> Grödnerhof Hotel in advance. The services included<br />
in the packages cannot be changed nor can they be<br />
refunded if they are not used by guests.<br />
PAYMENT METHODS<br />
We accept cash (up to 2999.00 EUR ), traveller’s cheques,<br />
American Express, Diners, Visa and Euro / Mastercard.<br />
BEAUTY FARM<br />
For information about beauty and wellness packages as<br />
well as various individual treatments, baths and massages,<br />
ask for our detailed beauty brochure. We strongly suggest<br />
that you reserve specific treatments and schedules when<br />
booking your room. Guests will be billed for any treatment<br />
appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before<br />
the reserved date and time.<br />
PETS<br />
We’re sorry but pets are not allowed. Thank you in advance<br />
for your cooperation and understanding.<br />
This price list, which is valid through October 2018, cancels and replaces all previous versions. Errors and omissions excepted.<br />
