All residents must complete a home improvement form
for all improvements, including but not limited to: repainting
(even the same color), re-roofing, new siding, fences,
sheds or outbuildings, new garage doors and basketball
goals, etc. This also includes any flood related improvements
that are done on the outside of your home.
The ACC approval must be given in advance, prior to the
work being started. We have specific guidelines for sheds
and outbuildings. Call ACMP 281-855-9867 to request a
form. Please mail to the ACMP address at the top of the
form. Web: www.acmpinc.com.
RENTAL OF CLUBHOUSE/PAVILION
We encourage residents to use the amenities for their
functions throughout the year. They are available for usage
only by our residents and their guests. The community
center, clubhouse and pavilion are available for parties
and special events for all residents. A $100 deposit for each
is required and a contract will be signed with the restrictions.
$50 of the deposit is refundable at the close of the
rental walk-through when it has been determined that no
further cleaning or damage repairs are needed. The other
$50, (non-refundable) will be used to offset the cost of the
utilities and up keep of the clubhouse. To set up scheduling
to take the deposit. Please contact Carolina Aragon
at 281-974-0056.
Deed restrictions state that trash cans & bags should not be placed at the curb any earlier than 5 PM the days before trash day. Each home
is responsible for paying for their own trash pick up sticker.
Westlake Place Trash Pickup is TUESDAY and FRIDAY only! Remember heavy trash day is Friday only, so please do not place these heavy
items on the curb until Thursday night after 5 PM or early Friday for pickup. The trash pickup sticker should be placed on your trash cans
so the truck drivers can see them when picking up your trash. Please remember after pick up that trash cans MUST always be stored completely
out of public view. They cannot be left in the driveway, in yard, on porches or even on the side of the house. They MUST be kept
behind your closed fence or in your closed garage.
If you need a sticker please contact – Waste Management of Houston 713-512-6200
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
HARRIS COUNTY CURFEW TO BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
The Harris Country Sheriff’s Office deputies will be strictly enforcing curfew, zero tolerance. Most parents are unaware that Harris County
has curfew. Children under age 17 must be in at midnight (12 AM). Parents need to make sure that their children are at home the entire
night. If children are caught wandering around at late hours after midnight, the Harris County Sheriffs will give them a citation. This is a
class C misdemeanor, both the child and the parent MUST appear in front of court and pay a fine which may exceed $150.
REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES AND CRIMES
When you see suspicious activity and would like to file a report call the non-emergency number. When a crime is in progress and/or a
human life is at risk call 9-1-1. If at any time someone observes a suspicious person or vehicle in the subdivision they should not hesitate
in reporting it to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The first thing a resident should do is contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office to file a
report. There are three ways to do this. If your incident is an emergency, call 9-1-1, if non-emergency call 713-221-6000 or use the Harris
County Sheriff’s online reporting system: www.hcso.hctx.net/LeadinHtml_TxHarrisCountySo/startreport.

YOU CAN HELP KEEP HOA DUES
FROM GOING UP
Yes, it starts with each resident doing their fair share in their community! Each
month, our HOA dues go toward expenses like water/sewer/trash, amenities
maintenance, landscaping, pool, security, deed restriction enforcement and
much more. As we all know, goods and services aren’t getting any cheaper and as
our community ages, there will be more maintenance required. You can help keep
HOA dues from large increases each year by doing the following:
• Report any suspicious or prohibited activities to ACMP Management and/or the
police department (vandalism, tampering with homes, mailbox theft, etc.)
• Keep trash cans behind your fence or in your closed garage.
• Don’t put trash out before 5 PM the day before regular trash days on Tuesday &
heavy day Friday
• Cut, weed-eat and edge your yard weekly/semi weekly depending on the growth.
• Clean up old debris and leaves and limbs on your property including the street/
curb in front of your residence.
• Repair any broken items that can be seen from the street.
• Make sure to fill out & send in your ACC form before starting any outside projects for approval.
• Make sure no boats, mobile homes, trailers, boat rigging, trucks larger than ¾ ton, bus, unused or inoperable automobiles shall be
parked in the driveway or kept in the street, in front of or side of any residence.
• Keep tree limbs trimmed and off the road and sidewalk.
• If you remove a tree, don’t forget the stump. It must be removed at the same time. (Don’t forget to complete an ACC form - deed requirement)
• Repair broken fences (don’t forget to complete an ACC Form - deed requirement)
• Any reason you must have a large dumpster in your driveway, you must notify ACMP company.
• Bare/dead areas in resident lawn.
• Improperly stored miscellaneous in your driveway other than your operating vehicles (Driveways are not storage shed, nor porches).
• Oil stains in your driveway - MUST be cleaned
• Basketball goals - Nets must be properly maintained.
• Faded residence must be painted - An approved ACC form is required prior to doing this violation.
All the above items can and are violations that can cause an increase in our annual dues. Because we must send out letters, if not properly
taken care of, it can cause extra cost if HOA must involve an attorney to get these issues resolved. Get involved and take care of your property.
STREETLIGHT OUTAGES
WE ENCOURAGE ALL RESIDENTS TO JOIN IN AND HELP US MAINTAIN THIS ISSUE. Please report any burned out street light, any resident
may call Center Point directly at 713-207-2222. However, for those with internet access, you may also make this report online. For those
interested, the website is http://cnpcenterpointengergy.com/outage. Anyone noticing a streetlight that is out or malfunctioning is encouraged
to report the problem. Our association is charged for every streetlight each month, irrespective of whether or not the light is
functioning. So please help us get these lit. Keeping our community well lit up is a good way to help prevent crime in our subdivision.
THANK YOU FOR HELPING US IN SUSTAINING THE STREET LIGHTS!
ARE YOU A QUIET NEIGHBOR?
A reminder, while you may enjoy your stereo blasting in your garage or home or backyard or vehicle, not all of your neighbors share the
same taste in music. Voices carry, so does dog barking and loud music, loud TV’s, loud parties, etc. Please be polite to your neighbors and
keep the noise to your own house. Keep in mind that quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8 AM.
