Blue Skies for Children is again offering five Spring Driver’s Education Scholarships for teens who are ages 15-17, who are homeless, low-income or in foster care. The scholarship program requires the teen to submit an essay, transcripts, letters of recommendation and an application form. The teen must have access to a car and auto insurance.
