CULTURE FEST <strong>2017</strong><br />
Each fall, the <strong>Office</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>International</strong> <strong>Affairs</strong><br />
celebrates the diverse cultural heritages <strong>of</strong><br />
the <strong>in</strong>ternational community at Texas Tech<br />
