Message From GMD Welcome to the <strong>2018</strong> 1st Quarter Issue of the Access Point Newsletter. The market in the past decade has always been challenging. This is a constant topic from everywhere even in our past issues of our newsletter. However, we in Ali & Sons started <strong>2018</strong> with a positive outlook to face the challenging time. This clearly shows in this issue of the newsletter because the first three months for Ali & Sons is quite notable. The year kicked off with enforcing the QHSSE Policy from the corporate level. It was demonstrated by displaying the policy statement in all major and prominent areas in the head office. Later, this will be cascaded down to the other business units. In trying to keep the company in its highest standards, several initiatives are planned and to be introduced this year. As a matter of fact preparation for its implementation is being done as this newsletter gets published. Essentially, HR Department already head-started and launched their new policies and procedures in March in the effort to standardize the documents and systems within Ali & Sons and its subsidiaries in no time. Included in this issue are attractive promotions from our automotive showrooms, launching of new car products and Shamis bin Ali Al Dhaheri GMD, Ali & Sons Holding LLC units, respectable recognition awards from the real estate industry, promising partnerships with banks for adapting their advanced technology, exciting employee activities and so many more. You will also read information about the inprogress and completed projects from the various subsidiaries of Ali & Sons. The sections of this magazine do not only carry heavy topics. Special topics that are good reading references as well as other news bits like sport activities of employees during weekends are included in this magazine. I am delighted on how rich the contents of this issue turned out that is why I am inviting you to read it and see for yourself.
