University lab posters will be on display in the posters<br />
hall on Wednesday, September 29, from 10:30 a.m.<br />
to 12:00 noon <strong>and</strong> Thursday, September 29, from<br />
10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon <strong>and</strong> 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.. See<br />
pages 24, 34, <strong>and</strong> 41 for the lists of labs featured.<br />
Annual Meeting Survey<br />
The Annual Meeting Survey will be sent via e-mail<br />
to all attendees immediately after the meeting. Please<br />
watch your e-mail for the link to the survey.<br />
Audiotaping <strong>and</strong> Videotaping Policies<br />
Attendees are not permitted to audiotape or videotape<br />
any session without prior permission from the <strong>Human</strong><br />
<strong>Factors</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Ergonomics</strong> <strong>Society</strong> <strong>and</strong> all speakers participating<br />
in the session. Permission forms are available<br />
at HFES Central (Street Level). Please complete a<br />
form for each presentation you wish to tape, obtain the<br />
speaker(s)’ signature(s), <strong>and</strong> return it to HFES Central<br />
