have to reject or to observer commercial invoices EP1026 and EP1027
2 That procedure INTAPE 09 02 V2 in Heading VII A1 DESCRIPTION
arranges that when the rectification of the bill of lading is asked for it must
accompany the commercial invoices but does not indicate that it must be
examined the deficiencies that can have a commercial invoice
3 That dated 12 05 06 had been published in the Official Peruvian newspaper
El Peruano the procedure of definitive import INTAPG01 V4 approved by
Attached National Supervision of Customs 241 2006SUNATA
4 Procedure INTAPG 01 V4 in the HEADING Literal VIITONumeral 13 8
indicates that in case the invoices or equivalent document do not brief all the
data in the invoice this information must be detailed in box737 of the formats
