Inclusive Platinum Plan”. Villa Rates for Single Occupancy are not available. Reservation requests with other<br />
than the Platinum Plan will not be accepted.<br />

1. The above mentioned Villa Rates are given on per Villa per Night basis and are applicable for 1 or 2<br />
persons. An Extra person surcharges are detailed further below.<br />
2. All Villas reservations can be done only on Platinum Plan for the entire stay. Booking requests for other<br />
than Platinum Plan will not be accepted.<br />

3. Special Additional Services for Sunset Water Suite Guests:<br />
a. Private Butler Service for every Sunset Water Suite<br />
b. Express check-in in the Sunset Water Suite on arrival<br />
c. Welcome bottle of Champagne and canapés upon arrival. Complimentary massage for<br />
Two is also included for minimum of 4 nights stay.<br />
d. VIP Fruit Basket on arrival. To be replenished daily with the guest’s choice of fruits<br />
e. Dine around: All Sunset Water Suite guests can dine at any of the restaurants on the island<br />
including The Specialty Restaurant “Tamarind” throughout their stay.<br />
4. Extra Person Surcharges:<br />
a. Children below the age of 5 sharing the adults’ room will stay free-of-charge, and will only have<br />
to pay the Maldivian Government tourism tax per person per night currently at US$ 8.00 and<br />
the Sea plane transfer charges to the Resort (as stated below)<br />
b. Surcharges for fifth (or more) persons in the Beach Family Villa and third persons (or more)<br />
sharing with adults in all other Villas will be billed on platinum plan basis at US$ 158.00 per<br />
child for 5 to 12 year olds and at US$ 297.00 per extra adult for those over the age<br />
of 12. The meal plan for the additional person will be on Platinum Plan, inclusive of 10% Service<br />
Charge, 6% TGST and USD 8.00 Bed Tax<br />
5. Compulsory supplements:<br />
a. Christmas Eve Gala Dinner<br />
b. New Years’ Eve Gala Dinner<br />
**Compulsory supplements will be discounted by 50% for children age 5 to 12 years, and will be free for children<br />
age 1 to 5 years.<br />
6. SEA PLANE TRANSFERS<br />
On Arrival at the Male’ International Airport, Guests will fly to Huvahendhoo, South-Central Ari Atoll by a 25<br />
minutes scenic Sea Plane flight operated by Maldivian Air Taxi (MAT)<br />
Tariffs for a return Sea Plane Transfer Male’ – Huvahendhoo – Male’ are as follows:<br />
a. * US$ 350 for adults<br />
b. * US$ 195 for children between 2 to 12 years<br />
c. * US$ 72 for infants under 2 years<br />
*** Please note that the Sea Plane Transfers rate is inclusive of 6% TGST<br />
NB. Due to Maldivian Government Regulations on safety the Sea Plane Flights operate only during day time hours.<br />
Reservation for Sea Plane transfers has to be done through Lily Beach Resort & Spa. The International Flight Details<br />
must be sent to our Reservations Department minimum of 5 days prior to arrival date. Please note that if the Flight<br />
Details are sent later than the above mentioned days, we will not be able to guarantee the time and date of the Sea<br />

Check-in and Check-out time and Surcharges:<br />
• Check-in time shall be not before 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival; Check-out time shall be not later<br />
than 12:00 Noon on the day of departure.<br />
• Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability<br />
• Check-out up to 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% at the rate. Both are subject to 10% service charge<br />
and 6% TGST<br />
Reservations and Cancellation Policy:<br />
• A deposit of 3 nights’ accommodation charges must be paid at the time of confirming a reservation by either<br />
major credit card or bank wire transfer<br />
• (Except for the Christmas & New Year period), reservations that are cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the<br />
date of arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the entire day.<br />
• Reservations that are cancelled 0 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows and early departures will<br />
be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.<br />
• For any reservations between the peak periods of 24 December 2011 to 09 January 2012. A minimum of 7<br />
nights stay is required and full pre-payment must be made at least 90 days prior to the date of arrival. No<br />
refunds will be given for any cancellations during this period.<br />
• Guests are therefore kindly urged to purchase a travel insurance policy covering refund of the<br />
deposit in case of cancellation.<br />
