How to increase your NAG data!
• Book in PHC pets for their booster and 6 month health check. This will
help with client retention and ensure the pet receives the right
treatment at the right time!
New version of Pop Up Module
• Book in puppies monthly for their flea, weigh and worm, then neutering
if applicable.
• Book in repeat prescriptions before they run out of medication (vet's
like this one!)
• Book in the next relevant appointment at a pet's final post op check e.g
weight check post neutering, dental hygiene check post dental or simply
their booster.
• Be positive when booking in client's appointment.....'The vet would like
to see Barney back in June for his booster, let book that in now for
you!'.
We have listened to you about the Pop
up module and we’re pleased to
announce that we have a new version
coming in May. The new version has
sorted out the glitches and will be easier
to use!
