What do you enjoy most about the spring season?<br />

I really enjoy the longer and warmer days, being able to spend more time outdoors in my garden,<br />

and the neighborhood BBQs.<br />

What is your favorite thing about working in your role?<br />

Helping my clients understand and better utilize their software. I really enjoy seeing my clients<br />

truly take hold of it and run with it. Being able to train the clients and their staff and watch them<br />

become excited about using the software and the processes that they can streamline because of it is a<br />

huge factor in how much I enjoy my role and career.<br />

What advice did you learn early in your career that holds true now?<br />

Communication is key; allow the Customer to express their concerns and issues completely, and<br />

always ask good follow-up questions. This advice has allowed me to better meet the needs of my<br />

clients, whether it is related to day-to-day functions or projects that are new to them.<br />

How do you ensure a great experience for your clients?<br />

Having 10+ years of experience as an end user and 11+ years as a consultant gives me a better<br />

understanding of the needs my clients have. It allows me to better tailor my services based on<br />

experience with the software and the growing changes in the software. In training with clients, I<br />

always use their data so that they can see how it will work for them. During implementations,<br />

involving the client and not doing it all behind the scenes makes the client feel like they are setting up<br />

the software to best meet their needs.<br />
